Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Mahadhi ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you use Mahadhi on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

Mahadhi is a personal focus and planning tool. It helps you plan your day into blocks, run focus timers, capture thoughts, and review how your time went. Mahadhi is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Mahadhi is designed to be supportive of people with ADHD and similar attention patterns, but it is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions. You use Mahadhi at your own discretion.

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app.

Mahadhi's core features are free. Mahadhi Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features, offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and are charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store (or Google Play) subscription settings — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Restore Purchases (in Settings and on the upgrade screen) re-activates an existing subscription on a new or reinstalled device. We may change Pro's price or included features going forward; changes to price apply to future renewals and Apple/Google will notify you as their policies require.

You agree not to: - Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where allowed by law. - Interfere with or disrupt the app, our servers, or other users. - Use the app to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. - Abuse the Rhythm sharing feature to distribute spam, harassment, or malicious content.

The blocks, plans, and thoughts you create are yours. You retain all rights to them. When you choose to share a Rhythm, you grant other users the ability to view and copy that shared plan. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

The Mahadhi app, its name, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

Mahadhi relies on Supabase for account and sharing features. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Mahadhi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Do not rely on the app as your only reminder for time-critical matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahadhi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, productivity, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahadhi and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

You may stop using Mahadhi at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our systems. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we make material changes to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Mahadhi regarding the app.
